Discovery Returns To New Questions

Simpson Defense Witnesses May Be Helping Prosecution
Jurors focus on the defense case as witnesses blur lines between defense and prosecution. Willie Ford testified he found no socks at the foot of Simpson’s bed, and later aided the prosecution when asked about videotaped room coverage. Experts caution the strategy may backfire, with some witnesses drawing cross examination into weaknesses rather than defending Simpson. Dr. Robert Huizenga is cited to support the arthritic defense.
