Hijacker dies after Greyhound hijack on I 77
A bearded hijacker took a Greyhound bus from Columbia to Charlotte at knifepoint forcing the driver to follow I 77. After about an hour of erratic driving and threats, the hijacker fell from the moving bus during an attempted stop and was DOA. Passengers were uninjured, and police opened an investigation into his death.
