Video poker operators tell players they may not recover losses and urge not to sue. The companies moved the case to federal court where it may be heard faster, denying illegal activity and challenging a state law that allows recovery of losses over 50 dollars. Fourth Teen Charged in Slaying in Aiken County

Pawn shop owner shot in South Carolina murder case
Ennis, 57, owner of Southside Pawn and Gold in Airica, was killed in his store on June 23.
