Woman charged with killing baby in Greenville case

Elaine Teresa Patterson, 43, surrendered at a Beaufort police station and was charged with murder in the death of her eight month old son. The child, Bill Rhinehart III, died after an autopsy blamed a ruptured blood vessel near the brain, with cause undetermined.
