North Augusta okays 5.5 million bond issue for new municipal complex
North Augusta City Council unanimously approves issuing up to 5.5 million dollars in general obligation bonds to partly fund a 19 million dollar municipal complex near the 13th Street Bridge. The plan uses local taxes and project funds with a 4.5 percent interest rate on a 20 year bond.
