Feds report less than ideal test results for oil cap
Federal officials say cap readings on the Deepwater Horizon spill are below the level that would prove no new leaks. Thad Allen cites 6,700 psi after 24 hours, with pressure rising slowly. BP and engineers plan a further 6 hour test before deciding on reopening the cap.
