The Aiken County Historical Museum hosted the second Dave Day to celebrate 19th century potter and slave David Drake. Activities featured kids making clay pottery, a lecture by Jim Witkowski on Dave's work, and a film including a signed Dave pot from the Savannah River Site. Drake was inducted into the South Carolina Hall of Fame in 2016.
