Gardner and Susan Whittle Celebrate 50th Anniversary
Gardner and Susan Whittle marked their 50th wedding anniversary on June 29 2007 with a ceremony in Barnwell conducted by Rev Hutto. A June 30 2007 party hosted by their children Mark Whittle Amy Phibbs and Meg Cunningham and families drew six grandchildren to celebrate the milestone. The couple are quoted saying we are proof that one plus one is not two.
