Winter storm injures and kills in Spartanburg area
Emergency officials report a fatal van crash in Spartanburg County with Ignacio Gonzalez Licea and Juanita Denise Fowler among the dead. A separate Colleton County crash closed I 95. truck driver James Tony Hall faces two counts of driving too fast for conditions. Greenwood and Greenville counties report ice hazards and rescue calls.
