Dunbar longtime Allendale Police officer veteran WWII Legion Post 38 member. Survived by daughter Mrs. Hallowell of New Jersey, sister Adelaide Blount, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren. Cecil Lena Widener died at Richmond County hospital. Funeral 3 p.m. at Hollow Creek Baptist Church. Burial Hollow Creek Cemetery. Widener homemaker native of Aiken County. Survived by widower, daughters Vesta Chapman and Emma Jean Widener, sister Carrie Beard, brothers John W. Heath and James F. Heath. Pallbearers listed.
