Escapee with stolen tour bus heads toward dying mother in Tennessee
Christopher Daniel Gay, 32, who escaped from a prisoner transport van, is suspected of stealing vehicles including a pickup, a tractor, a Wal Mississippi Walmart trailer, and Crystal Gayle's tour bus. He is linked to sightings in Florida near a NASCAR track and is described as white, 5 foot 7, 145 pounds with arm tattoos. Police say the motive may have been to visit his terminally ill mother, but authorities believe he did not reach her home.
