Aiken County voters face a May 1 decision on a 90 million school bond to renovate four campuses and construct a new elementary and middle school. If approved, taxpayers would pay 20 to 30 dollars per year per 100 000 value, with board members citing crowd support and zoning concerns at the May meeting led by Superintendent Dr. Sean Alford.
