Murder suspect released as solicitor to pursue cases

An Aiken County man accused of kidnapping and murder is to be released from jail today after a judge ruled no speedy trial, while the second suspect’s bail was dismissed and others face reduced charges. Solicitor Barbara Morgan said she will continue to pursue the cases. The May 15 death of Bernon Holloway, 28, of Ravenel Street, led to multiple arrests, including Darryl Snow who escaped detention briefly before capture.
