12 Year Old Charged In Child's Death
In Atlantic City a 12 year old boy faces juvenile delinquency charges in the homicide of 7 year old Gary Grant Jr. Investigators testified he admitted hitting the boy with a pipe and covering the body with a rug, then retracted the confession. A plea hearing is set for Jan. 31.
