The S C Public Service Commission will hold a public hearing on a 170 million rate increase request for South Carolina Electric and Gas Company in Aiken tonight at 7 30. The meeting is in room 107 in USC Aiken administration building. Customers who testify must sign a roster and be called to the witness stand in order. sworn statements will be made to the commissioners.
