Ford sanctioned over hiding safety data in 15 passenger van case

A federal judge in Chicago ordered Ford Motor Co to turn over safety data for 15 passenger vans and fined the company for concealing evidence in a Kentucky rollover case dating to 1996. The ruling may affect other Ford cases involving these vans as trial nears on February 24. Ford must provide records by January 31.
