Court Sets Bonds For Two Accused Of Recent Slayings

In General Sessions Court Judge Luke Brown set bonds for Wade Adkinson 29 of Gloverville and Matthew Scott Young 19 of North Augusta in two of Aiken County’s recent murder cases. Young faces murder over the Jan 1 death of 16 year old Jack Steven Morris Jr in Belvedere after a New Year’s Eve shooting at Hardee’s Clearwater. Young’s bond is 100000 and Adkinson’s bond is 30000 as prosecutors cited a violence history and the Dec 26 death of his wife Barbara Ann Adkinson 25 found dead Christmas Day.
