Belvedere shooting probe continues in Aiken County
The January 17 shooting on Dundee Drive remained under investigation by the Aiken County Sheriff's Office as of Sunday. Investigators seized a Pontiac G6 and firearms. one victim was hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the arm. Calvin Richard Maughn, 27, of Brentwood New York, was arrested on a drug offense unrelated to the shooting after being charged with possession to distribute marijuana.

Burglary, domestic assault reported in Aiken County
Aiken County Sheriff details include a burglary at Amelia's Fish Market in Graniteville. A 25-year-old Warrenville woman was arrested for criminal domestic violence after a Saturday home incident. A separate burglary at Derrick Equipment on Old Wagener Road involved missing coins and two guns. A stolen vehicle was found near a church on Collins Avenue in Aiken and a Salley woman reported a broken back door window on Tabernacle Road.

A three-vehicle wreck on Interstate 20 near mile marker 7 in Aiken County injures a man who was transported to Georgia Regents University Medical Center in Augusta with non-life-threatening injuries.
