Theater shooter feared attack after texting dispute

In Wesley Chapel Florida Chad Oulson and Curtis Reeves confronted over texting during a movie. Reeves a 71 year old former police officer fired a .380 pistol striking Oulson in the chest saying he feared being attacked. Reeves held without bond on second degree murder charges pending a bond hearing.

Twelve year old shooter at Roswell middle school

In Roswell New Mexico a 12 year old boy drew a shotgun from a band case and wounded two classmates at Berrendo Middle School before a staff member persuaded him to drop the weapon. The injured include a critically hurt boy and a seriously injured girl.
