Suspect Fleeing Mall Car Chase Described By Witnesses

Witnesses recount a chase starting in a food court where a plain clothes deputy confronted a man with two women and a baby in a stroller. The suspect denied knowledge of a shirt, fled through JC Penney, leaped into a car, and crashed into a second vehicle before escaping. The man is a 19 to 20 year old black male, 5 ft 9 in, 175 pounds, with shoulder length hair, wearing a gray shirt with black trim and a black winter hat with snowflake decorations.

Mansion Trusties and Extramarital Allegations Stir South Dakota Politics

Former Gov Ted Riley recalls trusties at the Governor's Mansion facing turnover and rule violations including alcohol. At the Aiken Public Library in February on Tuesday noon to 4, Wednesday 10 to 2, Thursday noon to 4, with appointments via 642-2028. Bring 1999 federal and state tax returns, W-2s, 1098s, and other materials. electronic filers should bring their 1999 return.
