Memorial honors Windsor first grader Ryan Snabinet at Oakwood Windsor
First graders and family members gathered Thursday at Oakwood Windsor Elementary to dedicate a memorial for Ryan Snabinet. A concrete statue was placed in the butterfly garden while classmates shared memories and Agnes Howard played violin. Ryan, who lived in Windsor all six years, died after a tonsillectomy.
