North Augusta man charged in domestic assault and kidnapping
The Aiken County Sheriff charged 36 year old Michael Warden Baker Jr. with domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature kidnapping possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a firearm by a felon in a domestic incident. Elijah Lee Bagwell an 18 year old of Wagener Road is charged with five counts of attempted murder discharging a firearm into a dwelling possession of a weapon during a violent crime and unlawful carrying of a pistol in connection with a Wednesday shooting on Redds Branch Road that injured a woman and a dog. Deputies found the victim in the home and Bagwell was arrested Thursday the investigation remains ongoing.
