New Ellenton sewer case orders back charges and $25 minimum fees
Judge Meek rules defendants must pay back sewer charges to Aug 17 1998 and start $25 monthly minimum payments. City attorney Gary Smith says access requires monthly fees. about 100 residents unpaid. Defendants may pay $135 total in 12 installments of $11.25 each. Whitson contacted but did not comment.
