City ends care of 87 year old with 60 animals
Charleston authorities shut down a mobile home after finding 60 animals including cats dogs chickens and more living with Clara Hardee in two homes and a yard. Animals were removed to the SPCA and the site may be torn down. Neighbor say the woman helped strays for years.
