The Aiken Department of Public Safety provided new information about the murder of 73 year old Andrew C. Hagan. The investigation led by Maj. Bob Hardt and Lt. Paul Grant spans from the Dec 29 incident when Hagan was found beaten stabbed and restrained at his South Boundary Avenue home. Suspects Darrell Bernard Epps and Willie Samuel Simpkins are named in connection with the case.
