SC House suspends Rep Chris Corley after indictment

Aiken County grand jury indicted Rep Chris Corley on felony domestic violence and weapons charges. Speaker Jay Lucas suspended Corley from the South Carolina House effective immediately. Corley, an Augusta attorney, faces up to 26 years for domestic violence and up to five years for weapons counts.
