Work and exercise are not the same, fitness truths
A backyard laborer and a lawn care enthusiast show that daily chores do not equal sustained exercise. True exercise raises heart rate, builds muscle, and boosts metabolic changes. yard work is often high or low intensity, short, and non aerobic. Aerobic activity conditions the whole body, while work alone rarely yields fat loss or lasting fitness. My address is Dr Glenn R Nichols Barnwell County Health Department Barnwell SC 29812.

Dr Thomas Jefferson, 53, once a celebrated pediatrician in Little Rock, sues the Little Rock Children’s Clinic claiming wrongful termination under the Americans with Disabilities Act after being fired in July 1996 upon disclosure of his HIV status. He says the clinic let his disability insurance lapse and denied new coverage, while colleagues note HIV disclosure often leads to stigma and career damage in health care.
