The city marks its birthday with more than twenty planned events ending Dec 18 2010 at the USC Aiken Convocation Center. Activities are divided into four quarters including History Horses Health and High Society from January to March and Art Education and Entertainment from April to June.
The program outlines four quarters across the year. The first quarter titled Fourth Quarter will run from July through September. The final quarter called Aiken's Future will run from October through December.
