Reginald P. Oakman 58 of 140 Sumter Street was arrested after Charlie’s Fish Market on Richland Avenue was broken into. Officers found a broken window and a man inside the store. $11.75 in quarters from a charity display was recovered. Oakman was held at the detention center and later treated at Aiken Regional Medical Centers before release.
