Aiken County weighs new office complex options
Aiken County faces aging facilities and space shortages with about 250 employees at the main complex and 75 in satellite offices. A 20 year needs plan calls for 120000 square feet plus 40000 to 50000 for health services. A study by Cranston Engineering weighs replacing or renovating the hospital like complex, with sites named near Trolley Run Station and Rutland Drive.
