Henry Ford II Arrested For DUI In Santa Barbara

Auto executive Henry Ford II was arrested for driving under the influence after being found on the wrong side of the road in Goleta near Santa Barbara. He spent hours in jail and posted 375 dollars bail. Kathleen DuBoss, a Detroit model, accompanied him but was not detained. Ford, 57, faces a municipal court appearance on March 7.

Summerall Named City Attorney By Aiken City Council

Henry Summerall Jr. was unanimously chosen as Aiken city attorney by the city council at City Hall. The council also deferred setting grant priorities for the new block program, planning to submit priorities later or leave decisions to City Manager Roland Windham and staff. Summerall, 38, is an Aiken native and former Episcopal priest who returned to law practice in 1974 and serves as an assistant to the rector at St Thaddeus Episcopal.
