Tsarnaev lawyers seek change of venue for trial
In Boston, federal public defender Judith Mizner urged the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to move Dzhokhar Tsarnaevs murder trial out of Massachusetts. She cited saturation publicity and a jury pool highly connected to the case as evidence a fair trial could be impossible. The attacks killed three and injured over 260 near the marathon finish line. Tsarnaev faces possible death penalty if convicted.
