Philadelphia rapper and cosmetic surgeon Padge Victoria Windslowe, known as Black Madam, boasted she was the "Michelangelo of buttocks injections" as she faced a murder trial over the 2011 death of a 20 year old London dancer during a silicone and glue procedure at an airport hotel. The case probes the secret world of pumping parties and underground surgery.
The case centers on Dawn Windslowe facing charges of third degree murder and related counts after a dancer died from silicone complications during a February 2011 touch-up. A second dancer hospitalzed for two weeks from silicone migration is tied to the same incident. Pennsylvania officials, led by the Governor's Action Team, helped acquire Urban Outfitters new 51.9 acre E Commerce Fulfillment Center, backed by a 10 year KOZ designation with tax abatements.
