Couch to 5K kicks off ahead of Run United in Aiken
The Run United program in Aiken begins with a nine week Couch to 5K kickoff led by Aiken Electric Cooperative and the Aiken Running Club. Organizer Keyatta Priester notes planning with sponsors and the value of community involvement. United Way of Aiken County praises donor-supported programs and invites volunteers and newcomers to participate, even if only to help with the event.
