Byrd K Kinds lead student service at Byrd Elementary
The Byrd K Kids Club at Byrd Elementary School, chartered Nov. 12, 2009 and sponsored by Palmetto Kiwanis Club of Aiken, promotes leadership and community service. Projects include Christmas shoe boxes, a canned food drive, valentines for veterans, and a pet food drive for the Aiken County Animal Shelter with Linda Redd as adviser.
