Laurens man released after alleged sexual contact with minor
Davion Turner, 19, of Laurens, was arrested in North Augusta on February 7 and charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. He posted a $5,000 bond and was released from the Aiken County detention center. Police say Turner and the juvenile female were in a North Augusta High School parking lot when the incident occurred, with evidence including clothing and a used condom found in the vehicle. Turner met the victim about a month prior on Instagram and claims they were together briefly before officers arrived.
