Bus Loses Wheels In Freak Accident Near East Aiken
Thirteen students and the driver were transported to hospital after the back wheels fell off a school bus on Mosley Road behind East Aiken Elementary. The crash occurred at 7:45 a.m. as the bus prepared to turn into the school parking lot. Twenty four aboard, all taken to Aiken Regional Medical Centers for evaluation. injuries not serious. Paramedic units assisted. some students expected to be released soon.
