Expelled state senator Theo Mitchell said he will file Monday for the May 23 special election to regain his seat. The South Carolina Supreme Court had refused to hear the expulsion challenge. In Conway, a Greyhound bus crash left 20 injured after veering to avoid stopped traffic on SC 90 near Conway.
