Aiken Ties CSRA With Near Record High Temperatures

The CSRA and statewide areas hit near record heat as Aiken County and nearby locales reported highs around 80 degrees. Bush Field Augusta noted a CSRA high of 80, just one shy of the 81 record set in 1957. Greenville and Columbia also posted record or near record temperatures.
