Businessman sues sheriff and SLED over raid and arrests
Aiken County man Joe B Hall sues investigator Robert Johnson the sheriff s office and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division claiming violations of the fourth and fourteenth amendments from a September raid on his Edgefield Highway business. He alleges no probable cause items outside warrant scope and false arrest with a long list of seized property provided.
