Ex-employee sues Energy Dept over SRS dismissal
Iranian-born former Savannah River Site worker Davoud Eghbali sues the Department of Energy alleging illegal dismissal after a 2010 layoff. Indicted in 2009 for lying to FBI about transfers totaling over 100000 to Iran and other countries, he claims the case was fabrications used to justify his firing.
