At last night’s Aiken County Council session Medwell Hill warned the county may need to borrow to finish 1980-81 as the budget sits $313,000 in the red. Finance director Frieda Walker reported carryover estimates ranging from 101000 to 142000 with previous 400000 figure explained by June spending.

Cullinan backs option tax in South Carolina
