The Aiken Mall Walkers program at Aiken Regional Medical Centers Health Information Center offers free year round walking with flat surfaces and no weather limits. Participants earn Foot Loot prizes, get mileage cards, and may access free blood pressure screenings, with cholesterol tests by appointment.
