Man finds rare corrected 1918 inverted Jenny stamps
Pennsylvania collector Art Van Riper bought one of 100 sheets issued by the USPS to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the inverted Jenny. He sought five sheets at $12 each in Waverly New York amid a nationwide release, with one right side up plane among millions. The sheet is valued by some at $25,000 but Van Riper plans to hold.
