Legacy of Sir Big Spur grows with USC mascot tradition
The Sir Big Spur legend continues as Sir Big Spur IV and Mary Snelling travel nationwide with the South Carolina athletics program. The duo, longtime partners of Alberelli, balance educational outreach and mascot duties from early pregame setups to autograph lines, making 10 to 12 hour game days while navigating city roosters ordinances and travel to events from Omaha to Hawaii.
