Tax changes discussed by Wade on depreciation and IRA limits

Wade notes that if over 40 percent of depreciable assets are bought in the last quarter depreciation rules change. He explains meal and entertainment deductions drop to 80 percent and 401K plans allow up to 7000 dollar deferrals while corporate limits stay at 10 percent of taxable income. He also mentions reevaluating business form from sole proprietorship to corporation or a C to S conversion.
