Motivated Grandmother Tops Curves Challenge Results
Brenda Kneece and 69 Curves members completed a November 30 day weight loss challenge at Curves locations. Participants aimed to lose five pounds or five inches in a month, with workouts at least three times weekly and a healthy diet. Grandson Cameron heard her big reveal on December 1 as the group celebrated multiple inches and pounds lost.
