Police seek suspect in Anderson killings
Anderson police hunt a man driving a 1980s Buick named Raymond Ramirez suspected of befriending two women who were later killed. Kwanna Burns 28 and Asha Wiley 27 died from throat injuries in separate homes, with burns found by her 9 year old son and Wiley at her bedroom. Investigators link the cases as a single offender, noting similar strangulation methods. A witness sketch describes a tall black man in a yellow shirt and jeans seen at Burns’ home and gas station.
