Burglary and Vandalism Reports Spark Local Alerts
Aiken County Sheriff's Office blotter records multiple incidents on Saturday and Friday including a Bathman’s home break in on Front Street with a broken living room window and forced side door damage, a Graniteville woman claiming a man kicked her minivan on Kalmia Lane, and a Gloverville man reporting a broken front bedroom window on Lavanna Drive. An Augusta teen and 18 year old woman were jumped on Celeste Avenue in North Augusta causing a minor lip cut to one victim. Additional reports include a shed break in on Silver Bluff Road, a vehicle collision with an unattended 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix on Main Street in New Ellenton causing door and fender damage, and a North Augusta case where a spare tire was stolen from a 2007 Freightliner trailer at a Shell station on Jefferson Davis Highway.
