New Rotaract Club forms at USC Aiken
Ten USC Aiken students became charter members of a new Rotaract club inspired by Rotary International. Karen Bowles of the Aiken Rotary welcomed the group alongside USCA Chancellor Dr Sandra Jordan and Rotary president Barbara Moran. The club’s first service project supported End Polio Now at Fatz restaurant, raising over 3000 in tips for polio eradication efforts. Rotaract President Lacie Rhoden said membership builds leadership and professional skills, reflecting the Rotary motto service above self.
